KERJALAH Service Agreement
1. Order Processing
1.1 Order Completion: Orders are typically completed within one week.
1.2 Template Delivery: After purchase, the template will be shared via Google Drive to the email provided by the customer. Please drop your email, preferably GMAIL, as I will share the resume using Gmail or Google Drive. The resume will be in .docx format and is editable using MS Word. Template access will be provided at 12AM and 12PM daily.
1.3 Amendments:
- Two free amendments within 15 days.
- Additional edits within 15 days will incur a RM10 charge per edit.
- After 15 days, further edits fall under the "Edit Resume" service.

2. Scope of Service
2.1 ATS Compliance: KERJALAH will revamp the resume to ensure it complies with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) requirements and improves effectiveness.
2.2 Client Input: Clients can provide an existing resume/CV for revision or fill out the KERJALAH form for a new resume.
2.3 Photo Background: KERJALAH will change the photo background to white for professional standards.
2.4 Accuracy: Clients must ensure all information is accurate and sufficient before finalization. No additions can be made after finalization. Amendments are only allowed for typographical errors by KERJALAH.
3. Confidentiality
3.1 Client Information: All information provided by the Client is confidential and will not be publicly disclosed.
3.2 Internal Use: KERJALAH may share customer information internally among its team to ensure efficient order completion.
4. Design Customization and Format Finality
4.1 Template Availability: Only the Harvard style template is available.
4.2 Fixed Design: The color, font type, sizing, and overall format of the resume template are fixed and cannot be customized based on client preferences.
5. Payment
5.1 Advance Payment: Full payment for the requested services must be made in advance before KERJALAH proceeds with the order.
5.2 Product Pricing:

6. Refunds and Discounts
6.1 No Refunds: Refunds are not available once payment is received.
6.2 No Discounts: Discounts are not provided unless stated in the product description.
By subscribing to the KERJALAH services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
